NSSA Alberta Federation of Shooting Sports

Welcome to the Alberta Skeet Shooting Association

The Alberta Skeet Shooting Association (ASSA) was formed in 1980, by a group of enthusiastic skeet competitors throughout Alberta . The objectives of the ASSA are to promote and encourage the North American style of skeet shooting and:
  • To be the sole governing or delegating body for the sport in Alberta To ensure representation of provincial skeet shooting interests nationally and internationally
  • To relate to the Canadian Shooting Federation, Canadian Skeet Shooting Association, National Skeet Shooting Association, Alberta Federation of Shooting Sports and other appropriate bodies as necessary.

2017 Provincial Skeet Championships

The 2017 Provincial Skeet Championship was a great success, thank you to the Lone Pine Clay Target Club and all the volunteers for another great event. Scores will be posted shortly.

2016 Western Canadian Skeet Championships

The Alberta Skeet Shooting Association held the 2016 Western Canadian Skeet Championships along with the Lone Pine Clay Target Club, July 22-24. For complete results please go here.

We would like to thank the Lone Pine Clay Target Club for hosting a wonderful event and to thank Dynamic Directional Drilling for providing thier BBQ for use at the shoot.
